Please note defective products shall be returned to the dealer or place of purchase within 30 days after purchase. 

If you are not able to return to the place of purchase within 30 days, feel free to follow our warranty policy below….

RoadPro provides a one-year warranty from the date of purchase with proof of purchase on all RoadPro Family of Brands products.

A clear image of the receipt: (This needs to show the item purchased, place of purchase, and purchase date.  Failure to provide a dated proof of purchase will invalidate the warranty claim.)
A clear image of the product purchased: (If there is a visible defect, be sure to capture that in the image.)

Note: This warranty excludes damage resulting from misuse or abuse, accident, operation of the product not in accordance with the manuals or other included written instructions, modification of the product, attempted repair of the product, or as a result of an act of God or as a result of war or terrorist attack or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship
